At our clinic, we focus on restoring proper joint mechanics in order to allow the body to improve function and reduce pain.

Although we may use modalities, our focus is on manual therapy sessions, with home exercises that allow for faster independence and a better experience.

Your initial assessment will consist of a medical and accident history, along with a thorough assessment of the region affected. An initial treatment of the area will be performed and then you will be given a comprehensive exercise program, complete with diagrams to do at home.

Each visit thereafter will consist of approximate half hour sessions, one on one with your physiotherapist. During these visits, your therapist will focus on techniques to facilitate proper movement and strength so that your symptoms will reduce and normal function will return. As able, your exercises will be progressed.

Hey there! I’m Eric, a physiotherapist who loves helping people get back to doing what they enjoy through movement and education. Originally from Toronto, I earned my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University, where I gained a strong foundation to support my clients on their recovery journey. I’ve had the chance to work in orthopaedic private practice, sports rehab, and acute injury management, and I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies and how to care for them. To make sure I’m always offering the best care, I’ve completed certifications in Acupuncture, orthopaedic manual therapy level courses, and the McKenzie lumbar spine method. I believe in educating my clients about their injuries and rehab strategies, making sure the approach works for their lifestyle. I also look at the physical, social, and psychological factors that impact health because I know all of these pieces are important for recovery.

For me, rehabilitation is about more than just exercises, manual therapy or education —it’s about building trust and working together to create a plan that fits you. I truly believe in the power of human connection and empathy, and I want to help you regain confidence and overcome any fears that come with injury.

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m all about community engagement. I’ve organized sports events for children’s development and volunteered in Peru to encourage physical activity among youth.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me outdoors or playing sports. Staying active and keeping fit is something I’m passionate about, and it’s a big part of my life!
