Adriana graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2008 after completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario in 2004. To date, she has completed continuing education courses with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute and has finished her Manual Therapy Level 3’s with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopeadic Division. Adriana has training in Anatomical Acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Adriana uses a functional approach to recovery by using her clinical assessment skills to create effective treatment plans, which include education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, cupping, acupuncture, taping, and exercise prescription.
Outside of work hours she has been an integral part of a few medical coverage teams, recently being the 2020 World Squash Tournament, and 2015 Pan Am games. Adriana has also volunteered for Skate Canada medical coverage team for the International Figure Skating Championships in 2011 and the World Figure Skating Championships in 2013.
In her 13+ years of experience, Adriana has worked with some of the top surgeons and sports medicine doctors in Canada. Has extensive experience working with a variety of injuries and individuals, from NHL players, Team Canada athletes, Gold Medalist martial art competitors, professional Tennis players, professional musicians, celebrity chefs, various post-op surgical repairs, weekend warriors, runners, and the list goes on.

Andrea is a vibrant physiotherapist with a focus on woman’s pelvic health and chronic pain management. She utilizes a combination of myofascial release, soft tissue release, exercise and education to restore physical function. She has taken a variety of courses regarding pelvic health (incontinence and pain), manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation and stroke management.
